Order and purchase regime

Shipments and Deliveries
All products sent by Best Wine Team, or collected in person, must be verified upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he must immediately return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the carrier's delivery note and immediately notify Best Wine Team through one of his contacts.
Right of free resolution
Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, the consumer has 14 days after receiving the good to proceed with the termination of the contract and the return of the good.
The consumer must inform bestwineteam.com of the decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email; in the latter case to the email address hello@bestwineteam.pt).
The right of free resolution must be exercised by sending the communication referred to in the previous paragraph within 14 days.
In the event of termination, the consumer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the good.
Applicable law and venue
This contract is governed by Portuguese law and, for the resolution of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon is competent, waiving any other.
