Vinification: Vinification takes place from grapes created at Quinta do Serrado. All grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, were gently pressed and the must fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16ºC.

Color: Partridge Eye

Aroma: Intense strawberry and cherry

aste: Distinguished by its freshness and persistence

Service Temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC

Ageing Potential: 1 to 2 years

Recommended Dishes: Appetizers, pastas, salads and Mediterranean food
