Grape Varieties: Bical (30%), Encruzado (30%), Malvasia-Fina (25%) and Cerceal-Branco (15%)
Vinification: Vinification takes place from grapes created at Quinta do Serrado. All grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, gently pressed and the must fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16ºC.
Color: Pale Citrine Yellow
Aroma: Fruity, bringing to the idea quinces and citrus fruits. It has a delicate vegetable touch.
Taste: Creamy, with a well-completed lemonade acidity.
Service Temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC
Ageing Potential: 1 to 2 years
Recommended Dishes: Grilled lean fish and salads
