Vinification and Ageing: The grapes were manually harvested and were carefully destemmed and crushed. This was followed by alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration for two weeks at a temperature of 25ºC. The finished wine ages for about 9 months before bottling.
Tasting Note: Large ruby colored wine. With aromas of blackberries, plum and spice notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, soft, balanced and with a prolonged finish.
Gastronomic Suggestions: It goes well with grilled or roasted meats and mature or semi-cured cheeses.
Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
