Grape Varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vinification and Ageing: The grapes were manually harvested and were carefully destemmed and crushed. This was followed by alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration for two weeks at a temperature of 25ºC. The finished wine ages for about 1 year until bottling.

Tasting Note: Vivid garnet colored wine. On the nose, notes of wild berries, black pepper and spices dominate. It is elegantly structured and has a prolonged finish.

Gastronomic Suggestions: It goes well with red meat and game dishes.

Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC

ABV: 14% Vol.

Total Acidity: 4.67 g/L
