Vinification and Ageing: The hand harvest grapes were carefully transported in 15 kg boxes to our cellar and immediately pressed. The must was clarified by decanting and fermented at a temperature of 16ºC. The finished wine ages for about 6 months before bottling.
Tasting Note: Straw colored wine with greenish nuances. Aroma of tropical fruits with citrus and slightly floral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and structured.
Tasting Suggestions: It goes well with fish, seafood or white meat dishes.
Service Temperature: 12ºC - 14ºC
