Vinification and Ageing: Hand harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The finished wine ages for about 4 months in used barrels until bottling.
Tasting Note: Citrus colored wine. Mineral notes. Surprisingly structured, with firm acidity, persistent finish.
Tasting Suggestions: It goes well with fish, seafood or white meat dishes.
