Vinification: The vinification takes place from the selection of grapes created at Quinta do Serrado and Quinta do Mosteiro. All the grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal moment of maturation, they have been combined to give rise to this superior quality wine, which has aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Color: opaque purple
Aroma: Young, very intense floral aroma with notes of violet, ripe black fruit complexed by pleasant nuances of vanilla, chocolate and caramel.
Flavor: Full-bodied, intense, persistent and structured. With round tannins.
Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
Ageing Potential: 8 to 10 Years
