Vinification: The vinification takes place from the selection of grapes created at Quinta do Serrado and Quinta do Mosteiro. All the grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, combined to give rise to this superior quality wine, which aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with weekly bâttonage.
Aroma: Clear presence of the barrel in the aroma, well integrated and elegant, fresh fruit, notes of white plum and almonds, light toast.
Flavor: Very proportionate in the mouth, excellent acidity, elegant and attractive set.
Service Temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC
Ageing Potential: 3 to 5 Years
Recommended dishes: Appetizers, lean meats, fish, seafood, salads and soft cheeses (eg, serra cheese) and sausages.
