Vinification: The vinification takes place from the selection of grapes created at Quinta Picos do Couto. All the grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, combined to give rise to this superior quality wine, which aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
Color: opaque ruby
Aroma: Medium concentration, lively and fresh aroma, with delicate fruit and vegetable notes.
Flavor: Elegant in the mouth, very fine and gastronomic, polished red, greedy in the fruit, a very attractive combination.
Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
Ageing Potential: 3 to 5 Years
Recommended dishes: Red meat, game and sausages.
