Vinification: This sparkling wine is made solely from the Touriga Nacional variety, harvested at Quinta Picos do Couto. All the grapes are harvested manually, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, after a delicate pressing the must had a light fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 16º and 18º. This sparkling wine was made by the traditional method, where there was a second fermentation and an ageing process for 9 months.
Aroma: Fruity and fresh with hints of red fruit
Flavor: Fresh and at the same time creamy, with an acidity that gives it structure and persistence.
Service Temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC
Ageing Potential: 2 years after degorgement
Recommended dishes: Appetizers, desserts and fatty meat dishes.
