Wine Region: Tejo

Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Touriga Nacional

Vinification and Ageing: The grapes were manually harvested and were carefully destemmed and crushed. This was followed by alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration for two weeks at a temperature of 25ºC. The finished wine ages for about 6 months before bottling.

Tasting Note: Wine with a deep violet colour. Aroma of black fruit, jam and spices. In the mouth it is structured with enveloping tannins. With a long finish where notes of ripe fruit predominate.

Gastronomic Suggestions: It goes well with dishes with white or red meat and soft cheese.

Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC

ABV: 14% Vol.

Total Acidity: 4.39 g/L
