Vinification and Ageing: The grapes from the best plots were selected and destemmed. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at 25ºC for 8 days. Ageing in French and American oak barrels for 7 months.
Tasting Note: Ruby color and aromas of red and black fruit, with slight hints of chocolate, this is a balanced wine, with soft tannins and good freshness.
ABV: 13% Vol.
Total Acidity: 5.5 g/L
Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
