Vinification and Ageing: The grapes from the best plots were selected and destemmed. Vinified with slight cold maceration at a temperature of 16ºC.
Tasting Note: Citrus colored wine of plum, apricot, blackberries and some minerality. Fresh mouth and balanced acidity.
