Vinification and Ageing: Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25ºC for 8 days.

Tasting Note: Wine with a ruby color and aromas of red and black fruit, with slight hints of chocolate. Balanced wine, with soft tannins and good freshness.

ABV: 13.5% Vol.

Total Acidity: 5.5 g/L

Service Temperature: 15ºC - 18ºC
