Grape Varieties: Syrah and Aragonez
Vinification: The grape varieties are vinified separately and transferred to rotating fermentation tanks (vinimatic) where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at low speeds to extract color. After this period, the must is transferred to a cold chamber where it ferments at a controlled temperature of 10°C to 12°C.
Tasting Note: With the aromatic potential of Syrah and Aragonez, this rosé presents aromas of currants and fresh plums. With an elegant structure, it's fresh and persistent.
