Vinification : In a wine press, with foot treading and temperature control. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 18 months in the bottle.
Tasting Note: Intense and clear ruby color, hints of garnet, intense aromas of black fruit, wild blackberry, cassis intertwined with blue fruit. It also has a part of white spice with toasted wood and Mediterranean forest, in the background, wet stone and complexity that leads us to the immortality and notoriety of this wine. In the mouth it has tannins polished by geography and climate, high concentration of perfect balance and cashmere texture, dense structure and fresh and proud elegance of intense gravity. It finishes long, needing enormous physical persistence and bids farewell with tension and nerve.
