Flavor : Very fine silky texture, supported by a firm structure and sparkling freshness. Intense flavors of pear, white plum, pink pepper and vanilla. Surprising balance between fresh acidity, opulent body and linearity, beautiful gravity. Long, precise and nervy finish.
Vinification : Aged for 8 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels - first year.
