Wine Region: Alentejo
Grape Varieties: 60% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Touriga Nacional and 10% Syrah
Vinification: Vintage during the 2nd week of October. Fermentation in French oak vats at a temperature of 24ºC for 12 days.
Ageing: In 225 liter French oak barrels for 16 months and for 1 year in bottle. Bottled without filtration or stabilization so as not to affect the wine's potential for evolution, being subject to a slight natural deposit during bottle aging.
Tasting Note: Deep red color, elegant aroma, with smoked notes, dried vegetables and spices, in a very personalized set. Full-bodied and velvety in the mouth, with ripe and firm tannins, long and harmonious finish.
