Vinification: Manual harvest for plastic box during the 3rd week of August. Vinification with an open spout and fermentation in French oak barrels at  a temperature of 15ºC for 20 days.
Ageing: In new 225 liter French oak barrels for 3 months.
Tasting Note: Citrus color. Excellent intensity and aromatic complexity reminiscent of floral aromas. Slight mineral notes that add delicacy. Fine and balanced acidity that gives this wine a remarkable freshness. Its finish is long and elegant.
ABV: 13.5% Vol.
