Vinification: Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Vinification at controlled temperature for 15 days, followed by a 10-month aging on fine lees for greater greasiness and complexity.
Tasting Note: Citrus colored wine. Soft floral bouquet with hints of apricot, light tropical. Engaging, with striking natural acidity.
