Vinification: Manual harvest to 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Vinification at controlled temperature for 15 days, followed by a 10-month aging on fine lees with regular agitation for greater greasiness and complexity.
Tasting Note: Citrus colored wine. Seductive wine, very tropical with notes of passion fruit and tangerine. Vibrant and persistent acidity.
