Vinification: Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Vinification at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 3 weeks, followed by a 10-month aging on fine lees for greater greasiness and complexity.
Tasting Note: Light salmon colored wine. Traditional Algarve grape variety from vineyards over 60 years old. Very fresh, with notes of papaya and currant, discreet floral where the notes of rockrose stand out. Mouth with volume and structure combining the softness of tannins with vibrant minerality and salinity. Elegant, long and complex finish.
