Vinification: Hand-picked into 12 kg boxes to preserve the quality of the grapes. Very gentle pressing to prevent skin maceration. Static decantation at 5ºC for 48 hours. Vinification at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 3 weeks, followed by a 6-month ageing on fine lees for greater unctuousness and complexity.
Tasting Note: Pale pink wine. Single-varietal Castelão grape variety, from vines over 20 years old. Very fresh, with notes of blackcurrant and strawberry. Dry wine with soft tannins, fresh, young and refreshing.
