Vinification: Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Vinification at controlled temperature for 15 days, followed by a 10-month aging on fine lees with regular agitation for greater greasiness and complexity.
Tasting Note: Citrus colored wine. Citrus notes, melon and some green apple. Mouth marked by an excellent natural acidity, spicy, fresh and fruity with a persistent and vibrant finish.
