Vinification:  Manual harvest to 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Aging for 12 months before bottling.
Tasting Note: Intense ruby red color. Castelão single varietal, from vines over 20 years old, has an intense ruby red color. Mentholated aroma, with floral notes of rockrose, hybiscus and black fruit. Fresh, youthful, very versatile wine with a pronounced acidity that gives it a great personality.
