Vinification: Hand-picked into 12 kg boxes to preserve the quality of the grapes. Light pre-fermentation maceration for greater extraction. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. Aged for 12 months before bottling. Aged for 18 months in the bottle.
Tasting Note: Ruby-colored wine. Made with the best grapes of the Castelão and Aragonez varieties, it has an aroma of ripe red berries, plums, some tobacco and spicy notes. On the palate, it is smooth, enveloping and well-structured. The finish is long, fresh and complex, reflecting the terroir of the homestead.
