Vinification: Hand-picked into 12 kg boxes to preserve the quality of the grapes. Slow fermentation at low temperatures to extract more aromas. Subsequent aging for 12 months on fine lees with regular stirring to improve smoothness and complexity.
Tasting Note: Citrus-colored wine. Notes of citrus fruit and some green apple from the Arinto, combined with the tropicality of lychee and pineapple from the Alvarinho, supported by deep acidity and a full body.
