Vinification: Manual harvest for 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Ageing for 12 months before bottling.
Tasting Note:  Ruby red wine. It reveals a concentrated and complex aroma, with notes of red and black fruit (cassis and currant), mocha, cocoa with some smoke. Very spicy, elegant and creamy wine. Long finish, with excellent structure, present but velvety tannins revealing a perfect balance between elegance and robustness.
