Appearance: Crystalline with slight release of gas.
Color: Ruby set.
Aroma: Intense in fresh red fruits, such as blackcurrant, strawberry and currant.
Taste: Fruity and soft, it has a slight effervescence that gives it crunchiness and a lot of elegance.
Vinification Process: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC.
Maturation: A minimum of 1 month in bottle.
Longevity: 6 to 12 months
Serving Suggestions: Ideal for leisure time, it goes well with light charcuterie, grilled or stewed white meats, roasted fish and seafood.
Service Temperature: It should be consumed at a temperature of 6/8ºC.
ABV: 11% Vol.
