Color: Deep Red
Aroma: Intense, with notes of jam, where raspberry stands out. Good marriage with wood.
Palate: It presents itself ample, with freshness. Firm and ripe tannins. Good persistence. Vinification: Total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with controlled temperature at 25ºC and prolonged maceration.
Ageing: 18 months in French Oak and American Oak barrels.
ABV: 15% Vol.
