Color: Straw with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Citrus flowers with apple nuances.
Palate: Creamy texture with balanced acidity. Fresh and with an intense finish.
Vinification: Pressing followed by decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Conservation on fine lees and stainless steel. The wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
Longevity: Between 4 to 6 years
ABV: 13% Vol.
