Tasting Note: A wine that conquers us for its color and modernity. Aromatically intense, with enveloping notes of red fruits and apricot. In the mouth it has acidity and a body that result in an elegant and balanced final.
Vinification: The Aragonez and Touriga Nacional grapes are harvested at night and arrive at the winery in refrigerated transport. Firstly, a pre-fermentation maceration is carried out in rotating stainless steel vats. Then the grapes are pressed, and the must ferments in a cold chamber at 15ºC.
