Vinification: The Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties were chosen. The alcoholic fermentation of Aragonez takes place in "vinimatics" (rotating stainless steel vats), while Cabernet Sauvignon ferments in mechanically treaded mills.

Longevity: 2 years

Service Temperature: 15ºC - 16ºC

ABV: 15% Vol.

Oenology: Nelson Rolo, Duarte Leal da Costa and Bernardo Leal da Costa
