Vinification: The Antão Vaz and Chardonnay varieties were chosen, one being Portuguese and the other foreign. These varieties are harvested separately and as soon as they arrive at the cellar, they are pressed and begin to ferment in stainless steel vats, inside a cold chamber, with a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
Longevity: 2 to 3 years
Service Temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC
