Tasting Note: A young red wine, with an intense color. Smooth in the mouth, aromas of spices, chocolate and plum notes. Velvety, with soft tannins, and balanced acidity, it gives us a complex and intense aftertaste.
Vinification: Aragonez and Syrah were chosen. The alcoholic fermentation of Aragonez takes place in rotating vats, while Syrah ferments in mills with mechanical treading.
Service Temperature: 15ºC - 16ºC
Longevity: 5 years
