Tasting Note: A fresh wine, with a young profile and citrus color. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruits and mineral notes. In the beginning of the mouth it is smooth. Its acidity becomes expressive at the end of the mouth, awakening the fruit component and prolonging its taste.
Vinification: Antão Vaz and Semillon were chosen, one Portuguese and one foreign. These grapes, harvested separately, as soon as they arrive at the cellar are pressed, and then the musts are statically clarified, under the influence of the cold. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, after inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place in a cold chamber, at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
