Grape Varieties: Touriga-Nacional (40%), Tinta-Roriz (25%) and Touriga-Franca (35%)
Vinification: Vinification takes place from the selection of grapes created at Quinta das Braceiras. All grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation. The grapes collected from excellent terroirs gave origin to the mixture of these 3 varieties, which after an 9-month ageing in French oak barrels, were subjected to a light filtration before bottling.
Sensory analysis:
Color: violet ruby
Taste: Medium in the mouth accessible red, polished in the tannins and clearly gastronomic.
Aroma: Attractive, with nuances of ripe fruit, warm but very attractive notes, where the barrel is well inserted.
Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
Gastronomic Suggestions: Red meats, game meat and sausages.
Ageing Potential: 2 to 5 Years
