Grape Varieties: Códega do Larinho (30%), Rabigato (35%) and Viosinho (35%)
Vinification: Vinification takes place from the selection of grapes created at Quinta das Braceiras. All grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation. The grapes collected from excellent terroirs gave origin to the mixture of these 3 varieties, where it aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, with weekly bâttonage.
Sensory analysis:
Color: golden citrine
Aromas: With weight of ripe fruit and toast, a lot of dried fruit, with almond and hazelnut.
Flavor: Silky texture and medium body.
Service Temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC
Ageing Potential: 8 to 10 Years
Recommended dishes: Appetizers, white meats, seafood and fresh fish.
