Vinification: Total destemming and light crushing. Immediate bleeding from open spout. Static decantation of the must and fermentation in stainless steel vats, at low temperature, for 3 weeks.
Colour: Very light pink with pale salmon tones.
Aroma: Expressive, of fresh red fruit, with notes of raspberry and currant.
Palate: Very fresh, good acidity, balanced and light, together with strawberry and raspberry flavors.
Gastronomic Suggestion: Salads, grilled salmon, pasta, pizza, roast chicken
