Grape Varieties: 50% Baga, 30% Aragonez and 20% Touriga Nacional
Color: Garnet defined.
Aroma: Intense in ripe red fruits, their jam, cassis and light empyreumatic and balsamic notes.
Taste: Soft fruity, well structured and with a long persistence. Vinification Process: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
Maturation: 6 months in 2nd use French oak barrels and a minimum of 2 months in bottle.
Longevity: 5 to 7 years.
Serving Suggestions: It goes well with fish in the oven, grilled or stewed meats, game and cured cheeses.
