Color: Citrine defined with slight greenish tones.
Aroma: Young fruity, predominant in notes of white pulp fruits, citrus and tropical nuances.Taste: Fruity, fresh, harmonious with a noticeable final presence. Vinification Process: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC.
Maturation: Minimum of 2 months in bottle.
Longevity: 18 to 24 months.
Serving Suggestions: It goes well with pasta, boiled or grilled fish, seafood, grilled white meats and soft cheeses, or moments of leisure.
Service Temperature: Consume at 8ºC.
