Vinification: Non-destemmed grapes, gentle pneumatic pressing with 30% use of the flower must and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 18ºC.
Ageing: 6 months of Stainless Steel Bâtonnage.
Aspect: Crystal clear.
Color: Intense citrine with slight alambre tones.
Aroma: Predominant in cassis, nuances of red fruits in jelly and slight notes of toasted cereal.
Flavor: Fruity, intense, distinct volume in the mouth and long persistence, lively!! Nervous!!
Consumption Suggestions: It goes well with delicacies from Mediterranean cuisine based on fish, white meats, light cold meats and soft cheeses.
Service Temperature: It should be consumed at a temperature of 8ºC.
