Grape Varieties: 60% Baga and 40% Touriga Nacional

Appearance: Clear.

Color: Intense garnet with slight violet tones.

Aroma: Complex and elegant, it shows nobility and distinction as a result of the long months of maturation in French oak barrels and bottle.

Taste: Fruity, soft, balanced and harmonious.

Vinification Process: Crushing with total destemming, smooth and prolonged skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.

Maturation: Ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels with a smooth toast.

Longevity: 7 to 10 years.

Serving Suggestions: It goes well with grilled or stewed red meats, game with fur or feathers and cured cheeses.

ABV: 14.5% Vol.

Total Acidity: 5.8 g/L
