Vinification: Hand Selection of the best bunches of grapes in the vineyard and transported in boxes directly to the winery. Winemaking with crushing and stalk removal. Fermentation in temperated controlled open mill.
Tasting Note: The intense varietal aromas emerge, ripple plum, blueberries and floral hints. It has richness, concentration of plumy fruit flavours, which combined with fine tannins and new French oak barrels ageing, give this wine an excellent and long mouthfeel.

ABV: 14,5% by vol.
Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
