Vinification: Selection of grapes at the time of harvesting and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press at controlled temperature.
Tasting Note: Structure and elegance, with a deep violet colour. On the nose, it impresses with its intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. On the palate, it presents an intense start, evolving into a wine with an elegant profile, with excellent volume in the mouth and silky tannins, all very well integrated with notes of red fruits. It finishes in perfect balance, with extraordinary persistence and full of freshness. A wine that perfectly reflects the identity of the grape variety.
