Estágio: 4 months in French Oak Barrels
Vinification: Grapes selection at the cutting stage and shipment in 20kg crates directly to the winery, where the winemaking process begins, along with fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Ageing in new French oak barrels with “bâtonnage” for about 4 months.
Tasting Note: With a very delicate and elegant profile, the floral and core fruit notes stand out. The barrel, very discreet, gives harmony and complexity, creamy texture in the mouth and a good structure supported by a firm acidity. Long finish, mineral and elegantly finished.
