Ageing: 6 months in American oak barrels
Vinification: Selection of grapes at the time of harvesting and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press at controlled temperature.
Tasting Note: It has a red colour, a very balanced nose and is well-filled with notes of wild berries and cherries, spices and a light floral touch, in a background where the elegance of vanilla and barrel notes are evident. In the mouth it reveals itself to be a voluminous and enveloping wine, where the fruit and spices reveal a beautiful integration and the tannins demonstrate good firmness, showing signs of potential in the bottle, with a long and persistent finish.
