Oenology:  The grapes were hand-picked and carefully chosen and destemmed on arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in a limestone mill, with foot treading, for a week. No addition of yeast.
Tasting Note: Average color, balsamic and fresh aroma. In the mouth, the elegance, freshness and salinity bring back to mind the classic and very original profile of the great Atlantic reds from the Sintra area.
Gastronomical Suggestions: Its elegance and delicacy make it special on its own, or accompanying pasta and fish dishes in the oven.
