Vinification: It's a red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Tinta Roriz red grapes. After a short period of maceration with the skins and stalks for 3 days, the fermentation took place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. 20% of the batch was aged for 4 months in 2 years used French oak barrels, and the remaining batch in stainless steel tanks for 8 months before being blended and bottled.
Tasting Notes: The Quinta do Gradil Bivarietal Cabernet Sauvignon and Tinta Roriz, reveals an intense ruby color, aromas of forest berries with a balsamic touch and tobacco leaf. In the mouth, it is structured with vigorous and well-integrated tannins, with a long and persistent finish.
